was quite hilarious... seeing how they kick up thier nonsense again

mark is tempting me with his ironman competition!!

a 3.6km swim, 112 km cycle and 42km run...

k the only thing i can't do is swim

not that i can't swim, but i nv gone that distance, and i hate swimming actually

so mark says," stevee... sign on la, then can cycle and run with me every day."

ye thats life man.

i miss my army days
2 mths in nee soon special force was real fun



but even with all the fun.. i am always scared....
of accidents and injuries cos i'm seriously injury prone

so till date... i haven't rode a bike in 2mths, 14 days, 6hrs,13min.

now is tennis... tennis .... tennis.

and soon will be golf, tennis, golf tennis...

and of cos world cup!!! in betw b4 the sch term starts

cos i feel indebted to Guards for the exp in lfie they have given me

and for the friends i made a long the way

for the help they given me for me to carry on with life after army

for the many awards and certs i received

i am so glad they chose me from the start
